Delegates were able to explore Australia through a tasting that explored the evolution of unique Australian styles of wines from the traditional varieties of Riesling, Semillon, Grenache and Cabernet Shiraz blends. These are all varieties that have developed their own Australian personality as a consequence of regionally specific terroir. Presented as four brackets, these Australian styles were tasted with examples of both current and museum wines.
